"An excellent stay which was thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family- 2 teens and 2 adults. Loubna at reception was very helpful as was everyone else working at the hotel. The food was amazing and a good variety every day. Entertainment was very good. The heated main pool was enjoyed by all although the infinity pool wasn’t heated! Access to beach was very good as security just checked your wristband and just the other side of a wide footpath. We will definitely return in the near future. Only...

"Not very clean, holes in bed sheets, room had a missing window pane above door, the best the friendly manager would do was block it with a blanket. Don't know if that was why it was noisy or whether just poor sound proofing in general. "

"The location is fantastic and the staff are excellent. The day before I arrived they helped me book a taxi to the hostel. Any time that I needed help, the staff gave great advice. The food was very nice and affordable. Most the guests do a package with yoga, surfing and all meals. Next time I will definitely do the whole package, as it is a fantastic deal.
