"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "Check in disappointing - not allowed to check in early while others could I was told it was because I paid a cheap price booking late so they would only allow checkin at 3pm. They did take my baggage to store. I think clients should be treated the same no matter how much is being paid. Hotel is a great location for bus station and city centre 800 meter walk. "The hotel is located about a 5 minute walk from Santa Catalina bus station, which is a great way of getting to/from other parts of the island. The area around the elevator on the 14th floor smelled of dampness and mold but there was a sign indicating that they were resolving an issue. Aside from that the hotel and the room were very clean. The room was a good size and had a balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. The fitness centre was small but had enough equipment to work with."

Pretty perfect

"Loved the hotel & location was brilliant. 2 small criticisms. A hot water urn at breakfast would be great to save us tea drinkers waiting at the coffee machine for hot water. No drawers in rooms! Even a bedside compartment would be nice. We will certainly return to this hotel as pretty much perfect 😀"

"This property was amazing! The location to the malacon was exceptional. The entire resort exceeded my wildest expectations. The breakfast buffet is unbelievable! The spa—gym-rooftop pool-& beach chairs are all excellent. Cannot recommend this property more! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Loved the hotel & loved Las Palmas! "

Great hotel and great location

"Great hotel, coulnt find a fault, our room was clean everyday, fresh towels daily, breakfast nice with lots lf options, staff so polite and helpful. Definitely going back! Oh! and the location, it could be better, walking distance to the Mercado del Puerto, plaza de Santa Catalina, bus station, and playa de la cantera, plenty of good restaurants around. Great location!! 5 out of 5 for this hotel!!!"
