All staff was very friendly and willing to talk about whatever I was playfully asking. Room was great. An extra blanket could have been nice, but wasn’t necessary. Great shower. Only complaint was the lack of dining choices, would be perfect with a buffet. Restaurant we ate at was still good, just lacked the variety I look for when eating at a casino

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and in beautiful condition. I appreciate that you can’t access the elevator to rooms without a room key. It adds a level of safety and keeps the noise level at a minimum.

Everything was great! Wonderful property. Pool and hot tub had a lot of chlorine. Maybe that's the right amount, I'm not sure? But it just seemed like a lot.

The service was really bad, front desk people are not friendly looks like they had a bad day, the person at the Coffee ahop was the worst she was rude. The hotel is nice and clean.

I liked that it was central to other things we wanted to do in the area. The hotel was nice. It was noisy, we could hear people in the halls, doors slamming and a constant motor like sound from our room. The soap dispensers were not filled. There was no water they said we had to get our own for the coffee maker. Some of the staff were rude. There lack of acknowledgment and some seemed annoyed that if I asked a question they had to look or find the answer. This was from the center and non smoking area bars. The other person was from the bakery spot.
