The restaurant staff great. Taj cape town has become my new fav hotel. I will absolutely recommend it and will definitely stay there again on my return to cape town. "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby bar area. Plesant patio garden where you could eat, drink or chill. We had the Durban suite 2047, which was spacious and luxurious. However situated at the side and back of hotel. Small balcony with poor patio furniture. With no cushions. So not encouraged to sit out there. We ate in the restaurant the food was good. Not lush and no special touch

"The location was spot on... Staff friendly..... Room was not as clean as I hoped for Windows not clean shower didn't work properly Shower drain didn't work properly no hand soap.... Blinds was not working..... But when it came to bfast I was shocked ONLY aloud 1 cofee if you want more drinks you have to pay for it..... Also soaps in room was poor and gave powder milk in rooms for cofee It didn't have that lush feel to it..... More money making feel..... Sad as it has alot going for it.... "
