"This is an adequate place to stay if you go in with the expectation that it is a homestay, not a hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The floor was quite clean but the room was very basic and old, with dirty walls. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. A light breakfast is included but other amenities listed on Expedia were not: for example, there is no daily housekeeping and no toiletries, not even soap! We did get towels and toilet paper upon request! Also note there is NO HOT...

"Fantastic stay at this rustic, cliff-top resort. Staff were exceptional with frequent check in to ensure we were having a good stay. The View restaurant is perched atop the cliff face and forges panoramic views of Kuta and the Indian Ocean. Food, drinks and service all great. "A unique property away from the hustle. Stunning ocean front views were breathtaking. Access was a mission with 282 steps (yes we counted) and with the rain we had to wait for it to stop so we could venture out. Also, there is a 300 meter narrow one way road from the main road to the top of the carpark (before the steps). Drivers were good at navigating this windy road.
