We got a great room which was very comfortable, could have been cleaner, the food was very mild.all in all we had alot of fun.

Very disappointing service and food

We arrived at the hotel after 4 days in one of the camps along the shores of Bir Swer. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, spacious rooms. The problem was with the lunches and dinners, we always arrived about an hour before closing, a very poor selection of vegetables and cheeses. Main courses are full of oil and not tasty at all. The pasta preparation stations closed an hour before time. I complained to the receptionist Andrew, but no response, no suggestion for improvement. During the stay there were 5 of us who ate only bread and feta cheese and the children ate chips. Very disappointing and not worth the nightly cost we paid

One of the worst hotel which deceives it customers by wrongly showing their location. Also, does not bother to answer phone calls. STAY AWAY. Don't book this hotel.

Ехали за солнцем.

Отдыхали в отеле с 17 по 24 декабря, в этом отеле уже второй раз. Заселили нас очень быстро, номер был с видом на море и частично на бассейн. В номере были кое-какие недочёты (в душе на полу застаивалась вода и из крана умывальника почти не текла горячая вода), но после обращения к администрации все неполадки были достаточно быстро устранены. Номером остались довольны. Питание в ресторане достаточно хорошее: супы, мясо, курица, рыба, овощи, фрукты, выпечка.Всего достаточно, без очередей. Обслуживающий персонал доброжелательный. На пляже есть пирс, небольшой коралловый риф, красивые рыбки. Всё было хорошо! Солнце, хорошая погода и достаточно тёплая вода перенесли нас из зимы в лето.Отель рекомендую для спокойного отдыха. Вернёмся ли мы снова сюда? ДА!!!

Pokój przestronny, łóżka wygodne, czystość przeciętna, w łazience brzydki zapach i zapchany zlew. Woda w butelce uzupełniana codziennie. W restauracji czysto tylko na początku, kelnerzy nie dawali rady, czasem brakowało sztućców. W barze przy lobby kolejki z powodu małej liczby barmanów. Hotel posiada windę. Hotel posiada windę, jest ciekawie położony pomiędzy morzem a górami od zachodu. Słońce chowało się za górami o 16:15 (pobyt w październiku). Rafa nie powala na kolana, ryby kolorowe i oswojone tuż przy pomoście. Pełno gości w restauracji, przy basenach i na plaży.

За уплаченную мною сумму (59 тысяч рублей за две недели за двоих в сезон) это просто отличный отель. Все включено. Большой выбор еды - мясо, птица, рыба, кальмары, были даже крабы на гриле. Множество фруктов, включая гуаву и хурву. Разнообразные коктейли, хоть и отличающиеся по содержанию в каждом баре. Свободные лежаки с матрасами под зонтиками на пляже в любое время. Огромный номер с балконом, с которого открывается прекрасный вид на Акабский залив. В Эйлате, например, такие же услуги обошлись бы раза в три-четыре дороже. Из минусов - грязные столы в ресторане (правда, на ужин их накрывали скатертями), да каменистый заход в море (следует брать специальные тапочки).

Lives up to the 5 star rating . Many activities throughout the day . Loved the Asian hibachi restaurant 5 course meal . The shuttle to the market and cafes was nice . Classy lounge/bar at night was relaxing. View of Jordan from across is so picturesque . I will definitefintely be back !

Nice family stay or romantic hotel

Great stay at the hotel. Different pools, sea, beach, attractions - all that you need to have a good vacation. Spa not recommended - their services in spa in very low quality. Salesman is very charismatic and know to sell, but service itself in spa - no comments. Sauna is cold, they switch it on when you come. Massage - I know to do massage better by myself. Had great snorkeling tour to the castle - very good, like it, recommend. In general, if you have all inclusive, don't pay for spa, all other attractions are ok.
