"Good hotel, would stay again"

"This is my 3rd visit to this hotel. I went in May 2023, December 2023, and recently in this month: November 2024. There’s a reason why I continue to come back here. I absolutely love this hotel and every amenity it has. It’s great for families and for solo travelers. The rooms are the most spacious and you honestly have enough activities at the hotel where you can stay there all day. They have the best service ever. Any and every need will be met for all guests. Everytime I come to this hotel, my favorite server is Mod. She makes the best drinks at the pool bar. every drink is crafted with great skill and tastes amazing. She provides impeccable service and I hope she gets a pay raise or a great promotion for how well her service is !!!!! Servers like her are RARE !!!! Everyday I look forward to her drinks at the pool bar when I am staying there. So if you want some great drinks, ask for Mod. I will continue to come back to this hotel everytime I visit Pattaya.!!! "My second time staying here, came with 3 months old baby. Staff is very polite, friendly yet professional. Room is spacious with very good amenities for baby, they also helped setting up anniversary decoration. Overall i had good experience and stay. "

"Reception is located on the main road, there are several buildings and we went to the wrong one. Room wasn't ready, so had a welcome drink while i waited. Reception staff are good, hotel guests are mainly Japanese, asian. Breakfast starts at 5, perfect if you have an early round of golf, and there was a good selection. The restaurant also serves food all day, and the menu looked good. Room was a surprise, it had a kitchen and a proper bath with a separate shower. Very nice and a comfortable bed. Small pool and small gym. Next door is a Robinson's mall and a street market, so there are plenty of restaurants. "
