"From the moment we walked in the lobby which was later in the evening. We were assisted by a beautiful welcoming woman. She checked us in within seconds. Although the rooms were a bit smaller than we expected, clean and cozy. We had our party of seven which we had two rooms and no complaints. If I had only one thing to say negative was the iron boards covers needs to be changed. We left one of our daughters sneakers and called them and they had them assistant giving info on how to send them a label and they shipped them within three days after our check out. Amazing Supervisor who helped with that situation, warm and polite also extremely humorous. Awesome team there. Okay, I’ve said enough. Overall, I would stay again. Thanks to the staff and Team there. "

"This was a very nice property for the price point. Our room was spacious with a kitchenette. We were moving our daughter and staff helped us find parking four u-haul. Hannah offered wonderful service and recommendations on multiple occasions. I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff! The only drawback we encountered was on Friday and Saturday night it was loud due to illegal street racing. The police tried to monitor but once they left - drivers were back at it until early hours of the morning. Bring earplugs if you are staying those nights! Our last night (Sunday) was quiet. I’d stay again!"

"Close to center city"

"Aloft never disappoints. We’ve stayed at quite a few of them. They re always clean, easy to get to and we’re always met with friendly staff. The Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor was our last stop on a week’s vacation. We chose the inner harbor location so we could walk easily to get something to eat - which was the case. A brewery was a short 3-6 min walk. Our room was great - as usual. A super comfortable bed with excellent pillows. The shower was great as well. Alofts are so nice to stay at. If there's one in the area we’re going - we stay there."
