We had a good mostly quiet stay up on the 15th floor. Clean room and friendly staff willing to cater to your needs. Only complaint which isn’t a big one only because of construction/renovations to area but didn’t really impede us in any way.

I liked the cleaniness of the hotel and the room. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room size was very small and music was playing loudly both Thursday and Friday into the late night where we could clearly hear it from our room 712.

Friendly helpful staff, arrived early and was able to check in straight away. The room was sunny and warm, clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy walking distance to Sydney harbour and main shopping area. 5 min walk to train and tram. Buffet breakfast had a good variety. The only issue was the internet, we kept losing the connection and it was hard to reconnect.

We stayed for 6 night. It was conveniently located with only a short walk to the opera house, restuarants, shopping and public transportation. The hotel was very clean with a friendly staff. The only negitive would be the room size which was a little small, but managable with just the two of us.

A terrific place in the City to base yourself. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and welcoming, quiet ant night and the location is great for Circular Quay, The Rocks, restaurants and a short walk from the Botanical Gardens. Their breakfast was really good too

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Great modern rooms, very clean, and close to the light rail. Really comfortable beds and pillows. The buffet was fine, pretty old school think hot meats, baked beans, and hash browns but they also thankfully had a small selection of fruit and a yogurt option. All good quality.
