The staff member on duty did not want to print me a receipt why? He could not understand me The food we ordered from the bar was cold and the worst hotel food I have ever eaten The toilet wouldn’t flush The shower was cold The fridge rattled all night And I paid 317 for absolute nothing I have stayed all around Australia and the world worst Hotel experience ever

The facilities overall are in good condition and staff were friendly and competent. I would recommend d it apart from two quite rough edges. There was someone else’s dirty clothes in our closet and someone else’s water bottle in the fridge. Management has made the absurd decision to require a key for only the male washroom in the lobby. Good luck to dads if your kid has an urgent need for the toilet while you are waiting for your airport shuttle, you’ll have to get in line at reception. The disability washroom in the lobby also requires a key to access, unfortunate for those that require it, but acceptable to management apparently.
