Megaboom Hotel is situated very close to the city centre. Very walkable to all the attractions of Sydney.

The hotel room was only good for one night if I had to stay longer, I would either choose another room or stay somewhere else. The room itself felt a little bit unsafe, as it was not in the main hallway but down the public stairwell and a standalone room. It was incredibly small and had little room to move around. The location is excellent and close to everything. This was the highlight of the hotel.

I booked two of the small rooms with single beds. Rooms were clean and fine size for just one person. Easy walking distance to Darling Harbour and other key areas such as shopping centres and theatres, a couple of close carparks. Grest price. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was plesant, convenient to Darling Harbor. Only a few blocks from the hop on hop off stop #3. Single room was clean and enough for someone who will be busy touring. From the airport, take the St James stop.

It was reasonable compared to other hotels in this area. The room wasn’t very big but was enough. Everything was okay as there was no problem. If I could request to improve something, the pressure of shower wasn’t enough.

Just an average hotel. It is near major attractions but the room was just average. The water lines in the local area was being repaired and the water coming out of the faucet was brown and gritty and the front desk knew the work was being done but didn’t notify the guest of a water boil notice was in effect. Thank goodness for bottled water from a local grocery store (Cole’s).

Staff were friendly and stored our luggage before check in and after check out. Hotel is very basic and although mostly clean, cleaning could be better. Buses are 1 block away and light rail 2 short blocks. Walking to QVB and Town Hall.

I booked a single compact room and it was tiny. I had to live out of my suitcase which I stored under the bed. It was however really well located within walking distance of Central Station and Circular Quay.
