"The elevators were extremely slow. One wasn’t working. The football was on so there were heaps of guests. We had to line up for the lifts. The car park has just under 2m clearance so some cars probably wouldn’t fit. The bed was huge! Room was nice and a good size. Room service coffee was slow and average. Room got fixed up during stay but they didn’t restock milk for coffee. Staff were friendly. Price a bit expensive for what it is. Would stay again if I need too. "

"Super comfortable bed. Clean sheets and clean room. Large size room with space to put luggage. Bathroom was tired and dated with broken/loose grab rail and towel rail. We weren’t game to use the rail to assist with getting in and out of the bath/shower. Lots of traffic noise. We got free parking with our room which was great but parking station has very tight turns and is tricky to navigate in even a medium size car. "We booked this almost a year out for New Years Eve 2024 & it was a great price. Staff were very helpful in storing our luggage before check in as we had an appointment nearby. It’s an easy walk to transport options. The room was large, very clean & the bed was very comfortable. Loved having a balcony and it was a very quiet location. We would definitely recommend it & would book it again in the future."

"Large well kept rooms in a great location and for Sydney the price is good. The public areas could do with a update, some of the carpets are badly stained and frayed. Overall a good place to stay especially if you are looking for clean comfortable accomodation that is nothing fancy."

"This accommodation is in a very convenient location - close to public transport and the hop on hop off bus. There are plenty of dining options as it is very close to Chinatown. The room was a good size and the comfortable while the double glazing keep the noise levels down. "

It has a restaurant which does a good breakfast including gluten free options but not many GF choices on the evening menu.
