"I loved my small but incredibly comfortable room. It was perfect as a solo traveler. Giant bed nestled in the corner was perfect for my jet lag. The iPad to control the room was a little confusing but overall, highly comment. Absolutely loved the self service check in and everyone we spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful. "

"Cheap and convenient place to stay if you need to catch a flight at the airport. Not many amenities besides the 24/7 vending machines if you need a snack at 1 AM. The room was comfortable but don't expect a full bathroom, even so I was OK with it. The place is convenient for getting the flight at the next day since the train station was literally in front of the hotel."

"It should be a great place to stay in Zurich and very close the ZHR airport. Definitely go back and stay here. Also, this hotel is a few steps from Rumlang Station. Strongly recommend to people. "

"The service was amazing here. The staff were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful anytime I had questions. However, I found that my room was not entirely clean, namely I found a wrapper from past guests on the floor, as well, the shower was not clean. In addition to this, the noise levels from the hallway, and rooms above and below did result in me having trouble falling asleep each night. "This hotel is convenient for the airport and trams into central Geneva and Cern. The surrounding area is still a bit derelict with a kind of shopping mall with restaurants around the corner. The view from our window was not nice, hence the heavy blinds which were awkward to manage. The temperature was impossible to control with staff telling us it was against regulations for it to be increased or decreased by more than 3 C. Ridiculous! "Came for a solo trip to Swizzy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was ideal with easy access to public transport. The airport, main bus and train stations are literally 10 mins away by public transport. Strongly recommend booking with Ibis Budget at Zurich City West. "

"Amazing location and very helpful staff. The rooms are small but with great efficient design. If you need a dark room to sleep, the black out curtains make the room DARK. The lobby is a bright and happy place and all the staff speak great English and are welcoming and helpful. There is self check in but there is someone to help with that as well. You are located right in the middle of everything, a few steps from old town and a block or two from the water. We loved our stay."
