"Good location for Sheffield although the area is a bit drab. Parking was more difficult than we expected. The apartment does not have its own parking, it's street parking any mostly permit holder only with literally a few spare free spaces so it's luck if you get one. The apartment block is nicely decorated and we had room 1 which was a studio. Had every thing you needed including dishwasher & washing machine and detergents for both (neither of which we used) but no shower gel in bathroom....

"The property was as described and was clean and comfortable and in a good location. Check in was easy. However this is the only property I have EVER stayed in that didnt provide any tea coffee milk etc. Even budget hotels do this. It made the place seem unwelcoming and meant we hsd nothing to drink on arrival after a long journey. The same applies to the minute amount of hand soap provided. Also, a bin bag would have been useful. Parking was ok but was on the street and at a distance...fine...

"It was an amazing stay with everything we needed on the houseboat. Great accommodation in a lovely little area on Victoria Quays. It was a little breezy on Friday so the boat moved a little bit after that hardly any movement at all. Really clean boat that provided everything you needed and more. Would 100% recommend. "

"Really good location- good base to explore the surrounding areas from- Greeted by Richard who showed us around explaining everything we needed to know and told us some places to visit and eat. The accommodation is first class and highly recommended. Very clean with good appliances from washing machine to toaster. Didn't use the bar or restaurant. Walked out to Browns for dinner- few restaurants there- 5 minute walk..perfect. Wlaked to train station in the morning- less tan 10 minutes. Very handy"
