"Be very aware of this hotel. Yes its very nice but when they remove access to the outdoor pool and beach whilst weather is still nice and guests want to use it, this is a disgrace!!!! From a policy point of view our expedia booking said Nov-Apr these facilities are closed. The hotel was closing it in October whilst it was still warm and many cheesed off guests! Shows to me they dont care about the customer, its all about corporate policy!!! Yes the hotel is nice, breakfast very good, lovely...

"Amazing hotel with brilliant facilities. The pool and gym were amazing. The food in the hotel was reasonably priced and beautiful. The hotel staff were really helpful and really friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right next to a mall with supermarkets and eateries in walking distance. Old town is about 15 minutes walk from the hotel but a nice walk. Recommend getting a taxi to and from the airport as you pass the hotel and have to walk about 25 minutes back on yourself...

"The staff were always smiling. The wellness centre is fantastic although i would prefer an On Demand button for the Jacuzzi rather than wait 25 mins. Breakfast was so good, i dont normally eat it but went down every morning. Room waa fantastic and the view of sunrise and sunset is better than the Maldives (i should know after a year there). Only thing i didnt enjoy was the 3am call from the neighbours loud "jiggy jiggy" ;@) but this only happened once. I will be back, no doubt about that."

"Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "

"You can't find a better location to stay in in Split and the room was lovely. Only slight thing to be aware of is that the reception desk isn't manned past 10PM, so if you arrive later (as we did) make sure you let them know in advance so they can tell you how to get in - it wasn't a problem when we let them know."

"The hotel is lovely, great location and staff nice and helpful. Our room was beautiful. The only negative is where we had breakfast in the sister hotel across the road. The breakfast was good, however, the staff need to be managed better as we often had to ask them for the cutlery to be replaced or the food to be restocked and it sometimes could do with a tidy up during the service time. If that could be improved, then everything would be perfect. Quality of food was great. "
