"Lovely, modern apartments. Very close to bus station and beaches. Sea Organ about 25 mins walk away. Excellent communication with agent, via phone and WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend. "

"The place is amazing to relax with your family. Many sports activites, but if you dont stay many days it not sure that there are any timeslot free. I also wish that you could rent towels. Our bungalow didnt have any washing line, which was a minus. Also wish for more hooks inside the bungalow. Aside from that the property are very nice and i can find us coming back :) "

Arrived in the height of summer although adequate albeit a bit tired looking, it was not the cleanest and AC was broken, they sent a maintenance guy who said it needed something changing on the roof and it would be sorted the next day as everyone had left for the day. Went to bed that night and awoke to a strange scratching sound, my husband and I convinced ourselves it was wind rattling something outside. "The beds were not the most comfortable. Too hard, but also with annoying polyvinyl under the sheets. Maybe we were expecting a more well-kept beach in this 5-star resort. Comparing the beach with the neighboring, much smaller 4-star resort Sunnyside Apartments shows some of the weaknesses of the Falkensteiner resort beaches."

"We enjoyed a quiet stay a Villa Vanilla. Our host kindly did all our laundry and accommodated an early departure. We were able to walk the neighborhood easily finding good food and beach access. It is a ways from old town was the only down side. "

"Evrything was great,clean good location,has pool. Only thing we didnt like was that it was on very small ,hard to move around with 5 people in the mobil home."

"Shower is very smelly due to rotten wood. Wardrobe inside the toilet which is bizarre. Swimming pool not the cleanest."

"When you $18.000 for a week in 3 Glamping homes (which were fine) someone should mention to you at some stage that there are hundreds, if not a thousand kids and teenagers on summer camps in the same place. Its nice, pretty clean, veiws and ocean is pretty. But trying to have a relaxing family holiday in the middle of a youth camp? I would not recommend it at all. "

"Lovely stay at the apartment, a not too far walk from the beautiful Zadar. Would be happy to come back, place was spacious and great to come back to each night. Loved the outdoor panoramic views each morning for breakfast. Only improvements would be ways to dispose of rubbish during the week"

The suite was so clean, super comfortable, amazing views, had everything we needed, was a great location to walk into town, the pool was great, and there's a beach very close, and also good dining close to the suites. We were able to park the car and walk everywhere. Petra, the receptionist, was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future. "

Great Gem of a hotel

"The entire staff i dealt with made the stay the best ive ever had in a hotel.They made you feel welcome not just a number on the list. Restaurant was a 5 *Michelin as far as quality of food don't know if they have that title or not but they definitely should have if not. Would definitely stay agin if ever in the area again."

"We did excursions and the place we had to meet were minutes away from the Hotel. Excellent location from the old town for shopping and eating. The lady that took care of us at the Hotel was great and a down to earth person. She had a Sassy Attitude and I mean that in a good way. I almost forgot about the great breakfast that was included. Yummy!! "
