This was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room, much bigger than I was expecting for Tokyo. The front desk staff was wonderful! They truly seemed genuinely happy to see us.
And finally the washer/dryer combo in our room was nothing short of a miracle. We could put out dirty clothes in at night, and they’d be dry, warm and ready to fold when we woke up.

It has three convenience stores nearby, walking distance to lots of small restaurants. It provides all the cookwares you might need, but we didn’t cook during our stay.
Not happy with the cleanliness, the toilet is very stinky, even after I requested a re-clean next day. It smells like a public toilet hasn’t been clean for a long time. The rubber on the washing machine’s door is very dirty. I stayed in MIMARU Kyoto and Osaka, personally think the over experience is better than Monday Apart. Will not come back again.
