"I booked a room with a window and I was given a basement room that stunk of cigarette smoke and two tiny windows (30cms x 30cms) either side of a bulkhead. The windows let in dust and dirt from the street and also cigarette smoke from people smoking outside. When I mentioned that I had booked a room with a window, I was shown a 2/F room that should have been the one I booked but was told that I had to pay an extra 100 bucks. No thank you! The aircon worked well and the shower was nice with good pressure and hot water but the room needed a little refurbishment. Definitely not what I expected. The smoke was horrendous. My guess is that it had gotten into everything (bed, covers, cushions, curtains so it's difficult to get rid of the smell unless you rip everything out. "

"Great location next to the Sea Gardens and the Main Street for Bars and Restaurants . Hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the main bus terminal. Staff are friendly and polite. Clean and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast. Cannot fault this hotel after a 2 night stay. "

It was an amazing experience, I really liked it and the buffet food was so delicious and the restaurant team the way they worked was very good and the manager or supervisor the woman, a very hard worker I’ve never seen her like that the one that wore black and white stripes and black leggings I’ve never seen a woman work and manage like this before. I liked everything in the hotel and it was very close to golden sands beach just 8-10 minutes walk no more than that. He made me more comfortable in this hotel and made me love it. I will definitely come back in the future. "
