"This is horrible property. I booked it for 5 nights paid in full up front 2 days before. I went there at 12 PM check in time and the front desk guy says there is no room available at the moment to check in because he gave my room to someone unknowingly despite my booking. He offered me to stay in servent room. Which was a mess. Finally when I went back to chek in at 6 PM. i saw the room whcih was a mess, very unhygienic, dirty room. I checked out right away. "A bit overpriced, luckily they have a brew room was in close proximity, where they have a kettle, hot and cold water dispenser and ironing board. The housekeeping were always available if you needed anything. Half board includes a buffet meals that are quite good. The telephone was not working and yhe doorkey had issues opening."

"Elegant hotel, friendly and helpful staff, the single room was large enough, the bed comfortable, the bathroom a tat old but functional, perfect location right by Sayaji Gardens, 5min from the train station, I cannot fault this hotel, will be back on my next trip to Vadodara."

"Good clean property with good Ambience. Friendly staff. Overall good experience. One this was that dinner buffet at the restaurant was not so good! Did not relish it at all. Most of the items were cold. Other than that no complaints. Thanks"

"Suite was clean & organized. Plenty of water bottles (& more on requests), excellent shower!! Housekeeping & laundry service was prompt. Morning breakfast was OK but masala omelette on my request was always excellent. So many tea options!! Love it. Masala Dosa was also good. Last morning I was not feeling well. Staff was very helpful in letting me extend my stay (for half charge), they checked on me and helped us with luggage. I cannot thank them enough. "
