"Room was clean , but we notice soon as we walked in the latch for the door was broken. Because we didn’t get in till late, we just pushed the bench to help secure the door and then reported it to management the next morning which they weren't aware of it being broke ."
"I made a reservation through Hotels.com, 3 days in advance. The night before our travel I received an email from Windham rewards confirming our reservation but it was for a smoking room not Non-smoking. I called the hotel phone number in the email and the woman who answered told me they had no reservation and the hotels.com wasn’t a legit 3rd party booking. (Even tho my email was from windham rewards.). I asked her manager to call me but that I had no confidence in this transaction so to cancel it if it ever came up on their system.
I waited for his call on the day of travel, meanwhile I made another booking with another hotel. I finally got a call from the manager at 8pm the next night when I did a survey of the hotels.com booking. He proceeded to scream at me over the phone and then hung up on me. I would have slept in my car rather than stay here!"
"Room was very poor. Outlets not working. No blanket, multiple appliances in one outlet (fire hazard), dead bolts not working. Dirty bathroom. Broken fixtures in bathroom, dirty floor, broken tile, no exhaust fan in bathroom, ironing board but no iron. Add says free WiFi, when I tried the computer said "Jesup Motel does not have access to the internet". Holes in wall around heater. Add says free breakfast. Manager in broken English said only coffee and that check out was at 11am. You might want to reconsider representing Jesup Motel."
