"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. "Rooms are dirty and very outdated. Needs renovation. Balcony's are almost connected with each other room so people can tweek in your balcony or room and even break in its not safe. Room smells too. I was there for 4 nights and they cleaned 1 time and only the floor. Oh and there are too many gypsies."
