The property was very nice. The bed was nice and soft. I enjoyed the shower, great water pressure. Everything was beautiful. Staff was very nice. Thank you

The staff were very kind and knowledgeable. The room was tidy. There is ambient noise from the fans in the common area and the hall that was a bit disruptive. Also, Netflix was difficult to use on the TV. Overall, pretty central location and good value.

The hotel has direct beach access and the view is truly amazing. You literally cannot be closer to the beach. However, I found the property to be very dated and in dire need of a refurbishment. The door frames are peeling, there’s a constant smell of smoke in the corridors and the soft furnishings have clearly been overused. In addition, the housekeeping is very hit and miss - we had to call on several occasions as they did not come to our room. Another thing that might not be the hotel’s fault, but I found the pool unusable. It might be because of the clientele of the hotel (although it is not cheap), but the pool etiquette of guests is very poor and there is no staff oversight. For instance, the pool chairs were all taken up by fully dressed men on their phones and ogling at the women. People were going into the pool with a full face of make up and outside clothes. It was very disappointing for me to not be able to swim but I just felt too uncomfortable. I think the hotel needs a refurbishment and rebrand so it can make use of its wonderful location and attract a different clientele.

Nice hotel in a good location with very pleasant employees.Only thing I would change is a heated pool
