We booked one night to visit the Strasbourg Christmas market, so it was obviously more expensive than it would usually be, but still decent compared to other hotels around the city. The hotel itself is nice and clean. The rooms are pleasant and spacious, if somewhat bare on terms of decoration and appeal. facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."
