"This was a lovely stay with nice added touches. Breakfast baskets to the room daily and wine hour with snacks. Hospitality was exceptional. The jeep service was perfect to get around town. Gym isn’t on site, about 30 minute walk or quick jeep service but was a huge gym with more than enough to get a great workout in. Had a mobile service massage twice in 4 days and give them rave reviews. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping. The thing I loved most was the smell of the place. But many hotels have a good fragrance as in super entice to smells I noticed this. Smelled like crisp clean cedar wood? What ever it is, it’s also a nice touch. They were very accommodating of my elderly mother walking with a cane. Pool is more of a small soaking area but nice. Overall, lovely and highly recommend this hotel. "

"we loved the location of the hotel- so close to everything we wanted to do, but still quiet. Large lobby offered a welcoming haven after a day out and about. The on site restaurant was lovely-food delicious too! The staff was great- when we arrived there was an tech issue with card keys not being read-Staff happily walked us to our room to let us in until the issue was resolved. So glad we chose to stay at The Emmiline!"

"Wonderful staff, great location, excellent restaurant. The room was very spacious with higher ceilings and to our delight, two bathrooms. The view from our room was also fabulous. if you’re in town for College of Charleston the location is practically on the campus, the best."
