"Not super flashy, but recently updated, very clean and fresh. Staff is conscientious, friendly, and responsive. Not very scenic, but the location is convenient being right off the 32. It’s about 15 minutes from Eastgate, and about 30 to 40 minutes from downtown Cincinnati depending on the traffic. Two gas stations, coffee in a couple of dining options in walking distance. "This was our first time staying here but we liked it. We had the 2 Queen bed suites for NYE. It was surprisingly quiet for NYE and the breakfast the next morning was plentiful and the owner/manager was constantly refilling and cleaning the area. The only issue we had was with the key cards not working. We had to go down to the office every time we left the room because the card wouldn't work. It is so close to King's Island that it will be where we stay in Mason from now on. "

"Clean, spacious rooms and breakfast room. Very nice and helpful hostess at breakfast. We told the (mufflehead) desk clerk that the bath tub didnt drain well so they will take care of it. All in all it was a good overnight stay"

"Room was ok, could be a little bit more clean (used dental floss on floor), and a bathroom asks for a new tub (rusty), and a bathroom door very hard to close, and squeaks). That's about the room. Now the service. Ladies at front desk very unpleasant, if not rude. And don't advertise free breakfast! I'm not expecting a gourmet food, but a caffee and a small muffin?. Not even napkins!!! "

"We stayed here for about 3 1/2 weeks until we found an apartment. It was clean enough. The staff was always friendly. The laundry room could use some TLC. But overall we were happy here for those 3 1/2 weeks. Oh I forgot one night someone came to our neighbors door and was yelling, screaming, pounding on the door. We did t date step outside. But we heard everything. The mad person even ended up breaking a window. We eventually stopped hearing the yelling and when back to what we were doing. I just wanted to throw that in there. "

Great Hotel with wonderful staff

"We stayed here New Year’s Eve. The hotel offered many activities for the guests for the holiday. The staff were friendly and helpful even with many people in the lobby after midnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check in was flawless. Only Valet parking is available for the hotel. "
