Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the marina and water. Pool area was clean with plenty of deck space and seating options away from the water. Cafe/bar offered good selection of food. Campground employees made regular rounds at pool area to check on guests. We enjoyed trivia night, as well as the live music offered at the bar area.

We stayed in a suite for a few days. We used it as a base of operations for a snorkeling trip to the Dry Tortugas out of Key West, and for exploring the southern Keys. The suite was comfortable for 6 of us, with 1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds, and a sofabed in the living/dining/kitchen area. Nice furnishings, the washer/dryer in the unit proved useful, and the staff were very helpful when we left something behind. We'll definitely stay there again when we're in the area.

very nice facility almost brand new. Has a huge balcony, a large living room room, full kitchen bedroom and a very modern bath. I looked around and I think it was a very good deal. There were cheaper places, but when you dig into the reviews from filthy room to bedbugs makes you think twice.

Pick a room not adjacent to the elevator. The hydraulics not loud but you do hear a siren sound. Had an awesome time perfect Hotel great people.

OMG. Is this really a KOA? This is better than most 5 star resorts I have ever stayed at. Yes it is a RV resort, but they have two "wings" with small and large type apartments, I was in the smaller one #103 in the North building. First of all check in was a breeze and the girls at the front desk where super friendly and even let us check in a little bit early. Upon entering the unit I was blown away at how new these units where and how super clean. My unit had a studio type area with a pull out couch, new appliances HUGE TV that you could watch from the other side of the room. The bedroom had a queen size bed with a smaller TV mounted to -the wall, the bed and linen was super comfortable. The unit also has a FULL size washer dryer, amazing. The bathroom although did not have a tub the shower was fantastic with dual shower heads and great pressure and heat. The balcony was one of our favorite places to hang out in the morning with coffee and in the evening with a few cocktails, the ocean breeze made it delightful to sit out there and relax and chat. The only thing I could add and am being picky here is to add a bug screen on the patio doors so you could allow some fresh air in the unit. Oh I must say the AC was FANTASTIC, you could not hear anything when the AC switched on as all the AC ubits are mounted on the side of the building and not in the window or inside the unit. The resort itself has a great pool, fantastic store and a great bar with a place to eat. Only 20 mi
