"The hotel boasts a distinctive design, with each reservation being allocated a bubble-shaped living space. The views during both sunrise and sunset are truly captivating. However, there are much needed areas for improvement. "Road to this property is little confusing and steep, after 6pm when darkness hit, it will feel like little unsafe to go out for a walk, STAFF is really nice they try to help you in the way that they can understand. Very special place!

"An all round amazing stay! All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was FANTASTIC; comfy large bed, great size balcony and fruit plates!! We had an elephant directly outside our room but could see 5 in the mornings. The park itself is beyond words; the elephant interactions are next level but the grounds a alaso beautiful, so many different plants and little hidden benches all through the park. Not sure wgat happened to the buffet breakfast as was advertised on the menu but we were told they only have buffet lunch.. ala carte menu was still great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAGICAL EXPERIENCE IF YOU LOVE ELEPHANTS!!!"

"Well managed property with beautiful rooms. Very well trained stuff. We had to leave earlier due an unseen even and they refunded us which was really appreciated. 5 start service. Other hotels we stay in Bali did not have as well trained 5 start personal. "

"I couldn't believe how beautiful the resort was. The bungalows provide a treetop view that was breathtaking every morning. Like waking up in the sky. When you get behind the gated resort its like another world and the staff were so nice, on time and available for anything you asked for it was like we paid for butler service. Eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the sky overlooking a view that should have cost way more than we were charged never got old. After a night stay i was ready to go home because we missed our daughter but upon leaving me and my husband were both happy and sad. Happy because God allowed us to travel and experience such beauty on this earth and sad because we were not going to wake up to the peace, beauty, and natural sounds of nature we had come to enjoy. "
