"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...

"Good location for being near the station but overall a very unsafe area. Room was rundown and old furniture. The window/slanted balcony was nice. And the staff was friendly. Bag storage was useful before and after checking in and out. "

"Convenient and location plus kitchenette. The staff are lovely, the hotel entrance and lobby is a welcoming space and easy drop off point for your taxi/uber. My room had a lot of noise emanating from the street mostly, sadly the rooms are crying out for a refurbishment being both dated and tired around the edges. "

"Travelled with my kids, age 25 and 17, had the standard apartment for 3 people. It had good facilities and the area of the aparthotel is very convenient - can walk to most of Paris' landmarks - also the being near Westfield comes in handy. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back here in the near future. Merci Beaucoup Citadines."

"It is my favourite hotel :) I stayed there several times. Always very welcoming. Staff is great, Very kind people, always patience with they guests. Hotel itself is nice, cons: a bit cold in the rooms and unfortunately they can not increase temperature. I hope it will change as I can not stand cold. "

"The air conditioning would not turn on, there was no fan & the windows would not open for fire safety reasons. This was on the 6th or 7th floor with heat rising made it unbearable. I would never stay here again due to it being ridiculously hot at 23:00. The staff was very kind & understanding & gave me a fan from the managers desk at 2315. I shouldn’t have to complain about this. "

"This is a basic hotel thst offers a family suite with a kitchenette, so great for families, especially those going to Disney Paris. The RER A train station is about a 1-block walk, and costs $4 each way to go 3 stops to Disney. The Disney Parks are right outside the train station, so no extra bus, tram, or ferry rides required. Breakfast at the hotel is adequate with plentiful coffee. B'fast ends promptly at 10 so don't expect coffee after that. After having in-room laundry at another...

"Great location for visiting Disneyland, room was a good size and very clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The free shuttle bus to the parks was a bonus, very busy at night but thats to be expected."

"Disappointed toiletries are no longer L’Occitane, hadn’t brought my own as previous stays they were. New range is dreadful. Bathrooms are tired and dated, all 3 rooms had bathrooms in need of renovation. Tea provisions inadequate for 2 people as not enough milk for 1 cup each "
