10/10 Excellent
"Gatlinburg has a lot of older hotels. I needed something newer to avoid mold, clean, quiet, and walking distance to downtown. This was a terrific stay for us - the room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable, & all parts of the room were clean all around with a modern touch. We provided a quick check in and everything was a breeze. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. "
"Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nothing fancy, but good enough for us to crash out after long days.
Parking is free, but can be very tight and I don't think there's actually a spot for every guest. If you get a good spot, don't leave, it won't be there when you get back!"
"Staff pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast good, however not over the top as far as offerings go. Nice balcony on the river, it was charming to sit the an enjoy the river and its sound. Easily heard hall noises and footsteps above us from the room but not to a degree that was super annoying. The shower was A++. Nicely done with a great showerhead. Hotel is easy walking distance to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. Take the Gatlinburg bypass to get to the hotel (which is on the far end of Gatlinburg) to avoid some of the town’s congested traffic."
"We enjoyed our stay here greatly! The accommodations were excellent and especially enjoyed the log cabin feel and vaulted ceilings. Gas fire pits were very cozy and so unique. We would come back again without a doubt! Thanks for a pleasant stay❣️"
