Everything for an overnight stay, coffee on the terrace, good evening meal in the restaurant and a lovely pre-breakfast swim in quite a large swimming pool with sauna and jacuzzi available. Overall an enjoyable and restful stay with friendly staff.."

"Yet another lovely stay.Good to see the new owners renovating and upgrading the hotel. The installation of a new accessible toilet is very good to see. It would be nice to see some re-cycling facilities, rather than all rubbish going in the same bins in rooms."

"Great location for our East Anglia base. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. We stayed in the new wing which is spotless albeit spartan. Would be nice to have a micro and fridge. I didn’t play golf but think the management could put some investment towards course improvements. Someone told me there’s a focus on wedding bookings. I would say that marketing as a golf resort would compliment the wedding business nicely. In order to do this you have to have a really nice course and avoid negative reviews for golf."
