"Javier ( manager), Luisa (pool attendant) and staff were exceptional!!!! The accommodation and considerations were so great. We only stayed one night but aren’t leaving without booking another trip soon. Btw, the food for adults were fantastic, however nothing to accommodate the kids which was weird since the place is so kid friendly. "

" The Hotel itself was great but the main attraction was Sonia at the front desk she was absolutely amazing. She is the epitome of great hospitality service. She went over and beyond her duties to make sure that we had a great stay and for this reason I will only stay at this hotel when I am in town and I will tell friends and family to stay at this hotel when they are in town to get the amazing Sonia experience.
