"The host (Hiro) was super helpful and very kind. Before our stay, he reached out to us to ask if we wanted to be picked up at the train station. We took him up on his offer and our ride was there on time waiting for us when we arrived. He then drove us to a local supermarket so we could get groceries, and he waited for us there patiently. "The hotel is extremely spacious, super clean and has all the household needs. More importantly, the owner couple is very nice! We asked them to call for the taxi, they drove us to where we needed instead for free! You can see the Mt. Fuji from the upper balcony very clearly! Would recommend everyone to come to this hotel!"

"Beautiful property, the host will wait for you to check-in even if you encounter delays on your journey up to Kawaguchiko. The cottages were extremely clean and cozy, with a small soaking tub right outside of the bathroom.
