"Only thing I didn't like was the parking and some cobwebs in my room. That was a mess. That's the only bad part though. Workers were nice, room was nice(other than the cobwebs in bathroom), breakfast was good. The pool had a good temperature and I had a relaxing time in it. They gave you nice bath robes to wear. Also by far my favorite part: Check out it at 1130!! I would stay again for that fact alone"

"Hotel was beautifully located, we had a balcony bedroom with a phenomenal mountain view. Hotel and room were both really nicely furnished with a lovely atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly. The hotel had a really nice small bar downstairs with a great atmosphere and extremely good prices for drinks. The breakfast option was also great, with a really nice food selection and great attention to detail."

"An absolute favourite hotel of mine. The hotel itself is great, the food is good, the drinks are great, the location is beautiful. The thing that keeps me coming back though is the staff, the welcome and the friendliness I have always had. It goes such a long way. Until the next time!"

"Great day to watch the cows come home! Surrounded by beauty everywhere, cozy hotel with excellent staff to take care of us. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. Nice pool with Jacuzzi sauna steam room downstairs made for a nice relaxing two nights. Phenomenal. Especially breakfast!!"

The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. "Had a lovely spa break. Our stay was kickstarted with a lovely welcome, made to feel like family and instantly given a glass of bubbles and shown to lunch. The photos don’t do the spa area justice, it is gorgeous! We spent a lovely afternoon using the saunas, pool and relaxation room. "What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

"Spent a couple of days in Austria. The hotel was not the most important feature of the trip so we ended up with a 3 star. "We stayed here for just one night. The room was amazing - spacious and spotless! We did get some street noise in the morning, but it was no big deal. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved the nice firm bed!"

"This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of old town Innsbruck, perfect location and first class accommodation and services we really couldn't fault it. Breakfast is plentiful and something for everyone, bar area is lovely, pool and sauna were just fab and staff are friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Despite booking an economy room it far exceeded expectations for size and comfort with so many fantastic details that made it just that bit more special than the average hotel. Really impressed with our stay. Spotlessly clean with amazing facilities we found this hotel exceptional value for money and would highly recommend."

"On arrival at NALA, the friendly staff offered us complimentary prosecco and 2 free welcome cards, a scheme which gives you free transport on tram services and most local buses. Also gets you discounted entry to some attractions. Our room (505) was immaculate, quirky, spacious and the bed was so comfy. Mountain views from the bed and living room made it extra special. We didn't have breakfast there during our stay but noticed it was a popular choice with other guests. Just a minute or two walk from bus and tram stops, 10 minutes walk to the main centre or 15 mins to the train station. Great value for money, would definitely recommend NALA. We stayed 4 nights at end of January. "

"It was great. Sauna is a great addition and in a very good condition. Very nice bar with polite and professional staff. We have stayed in quadruple room as 4 adults and it was great. We went for skiing and there was an excellent storage room for skiis and heater for boots. The only disadvantage was the absence in the room of actual heater to dry our clothes after skiing or just after wash"
