"Wir waren zu Gast in einer gemütlichen Pension mit gutem Frühstück. Man gab uns das Gefühl, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Leider haben wir während der zwei Nächte Aufenthalt ( Samstag und Sonntag) kaum schlafen können, weil einige Pensionsgäste sich nachts sehr laut und weniger rücksichtsvoll verhalten haben. "The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

"The overall experience was remarkable. Late checkin experience could have been better and needs some attention. The code for obtaining the key from the key box could have been shared upfront. In its absence, I had to make a local call but I had to borrow a phone from someone locally since I couldn’t make it from my phone that’s from other country."
