"The Fontaine is a wonderful property. The restaurant was excellent. However, there are areas of improvement, especially concerning Expedia VIP Members and our benefits. I had to remind staff about the upgraded room, free drink, and late check-out. They obliged when I mentioned it, but it's always nice when those benefits are top of mind when checking in. "I felt the door, deadbolt and lock, needed to be tightened. (Room 323) Quik Trip is right next door for snacks and gas. Parking was easy and accessible. The Main Street was under construction to expand their cable car, but wasn’t inconvenient getting into the hotel parking lot. Everything was clean and fine for a 2 night stay. Other than the door, no complaints. "
