"The location of this place is fantastic for those looking for absolute piece and quiet with a great proximity to hiking and bicycle trails. The property provides all the things you need on your holiday plus many extras like plenty of space outside, BBQ areas, salt cave and playground for children. "too croudy. the restaurant was crowdy & noisy. the staf were not able to refill the food . sometime you cant find cups& tea spoon. they didnt renew the placement', .i talked with the manager of the reception, he done nothing. bad experience"

"Hotel Willa Tatrzańska is the most amazing hotel you can pick in the Krynica-Zdroj region. The staff are amazing, professional and very patient if you don’t speak Polish. They helped with everything I needed and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff are super helpful with recommendations for places to visit and for making sure you have everything you need. The restaurant is one of the best in Poland and conveniently located in the lobby, the restaurant staff will help you with ordering and are extremely accommodating which I’m grateful for. The spa below the lobby is so amazing and relaxing, very professional staff that made sure I got the perfect massage and they treated me so nicely. The prices are very reasonable and overall if I need to return to Krynica Zdroj I will stay here without question. Beautiful little town around the hotel filled with restaurants shops and there is a beautiful park across from the hotel up to the top of a beautiful mountain with a restaurant on top. Thanks to all the hotel staff who helped me and I can easily recommend this hotel for solo or family travelers, 10 out of 10!!!"
