"Difficulty with check in. Key Codes not sent until after noon. We had problems with our cell service so didn’t get email. Phone call didn’t go through. Had to stop at a restaurant to use their WiFi ti get email to get in. Email should be sent earlier in the morning. Opened Windows for air in room, but people were smoking at front door to Hotel and smoke came into our room several times, even at 6 am! "

"Sentralt og fine fasiliteter om du kjører bil. En minus er dårlig seng, så du får ikke god søvn. Ellers er alt annet bra, romslig for 4 voksne og et barn. Personale var hyggelige. "

"Veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende personale. Vi bodde i Nordtunet 2. Hytten trenger oppgradering. Det var to kokeplater som fungerte svært dårlig, brukte 30 min på å steke en pølse. Veldig lytt mellom badet og rommet ved siden. Hodeputene var for litt for tykke. Pluss for god liggekomfort i de to enkeltstående sengene. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake, men vil da heller velge en av de oppussende leilighetene eller selve hotellet (evt en oppusset hytte). "

"We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. Although, it still didn't start and we didn't enjoy it, we would love to stop again and wonder in the forests eating berries. We went to the store and bakery he told us and bought wool sweater that is very warm, sandwiches and coffee, some food and other unnecessary stuff )))) to support local business. "There are both good things and bad things about this place. Good! Very convenient place, near by the Hafjell ski resort. good space, good kitchen and a nice sauna. In general apartment was clean and pleasant. Bad! The TV is super old and may be a decades old. Pictures are not that clean and clear. "The property is very clean and nice looking, and it's easily walkable to the shopping district and several major attractions. Property needs more parking spaces to accommodate a full hotel. Overflow parking was parking under trees or in an grassy area. Additionally, our booked Deluxe room was not properly reserved in their system, so we were downgraded to a standard twin and they were fully booked and unable to adjust our booking. "The only way you could stay nearer to the trains would be by sleeping on a platform bench! This has to be one of the best located stations that I have stayed in, very convenient with an excellent café serving guests and railway travellers with decent food which, for Norway, was reasonably priced. Guests get free tea and coffee too and a great breakfast is included. The room was large (2 beds plus bunk beds!) and overlooked the platform but was silent with no noise at all from the station. There is also a special room available containing a lounge and kitchen which can be used if required - especially useful for longer-term guests as it included a fridge The only downside was that there were no bedside lights which meant that you had to get out of bed to turn off the main light! Crazy! "

"Budget-style accommodation for the location. Friendly staff, good breakfast, small room and very tiny bathroom, but clean. Not the most comfiest of beds and pillows lacked any substance. Ok for a stopover. Nice view. "
