Poor value for money, especially as we upgraded to a manor house double room, rahter than stay in the extension. The bed was also lumpy.

"Stonehouse court hotel is a great place to stay. Keep in mind it’s an old building despite the new building it is still damp. Breakfast is amazing, however evening dinner is sometimes hit and miss. Menu is expensive for the quality of the food."

The "traditional" hotel is far more atmospheric than the "modern" wing.

Very expensive for a night in a glorified cupboard space. Room 15 was not at all "cosy" - more squashed! Tiny room with a tiny window and hardly any natural light. Dark furniture made the room seem even darker. Nothing like the photo depicted
