"I had notified the owner that my husband cannot have dairy or eggs, when I made the reservation. The owner/manager seemed unaware, but since the breakfast was French Toast, my husband was able to eat it. The following day, I woke up feeling very unwell (happens after 7 years of cancer/60 treatments). The same person asked me if eggs over easy would be ok, and I said no, I was feeling very unwell and would appreciate something light. He became ANGRY and snapped that this is NOT how B&B works. "Fantastic…but for those of you who like TV, there are none anywhere on the property. Also, no elevator, our room had no shower (just a bathtub)…but the sheets are fantastic, as are the breakfasts. The coffee is really weak, however but always there at 7 am. I think it’s the best place to stay in Paonia."
