"The place is not as clean or luxurious as they advertise. The mattress was very old, squeaky and very soft. The type of soft that just sinks when you lay down and it’s impossible to sleep on. When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous....

"A nice apartment in a quiet residential area. There are some supermarkets and shopping mall nearby. The bus system in Bucharest is a nice and cheap way to reach any place in the city. The apartment has all the kitchen stuff you might need."

"Modern, pristine and extremely tastefully laid out. Superb air con and massive outside terrace. What a place! Could do with instructions on where bins are to dispose of rubbish at and of stay. Could do with a few more items of crockery (bottle opener and so forth). Overall - 10/10!! "

"Extra cleaning fee wich is not mentioned, if you plan to rent for 1-3 day ,is not worth it . Cleaning fee will be all most equal with one day or rent . Owner didnt sent me access code to go in side building, i had to wait for some one to open doors. Property is ok "

Clean and comfortable

"I have stayed at the The Line three times this year and I have always found it to be comfortable, clean and modern. There are shops, restaurants and banks within easy walking distance. To get into the centre of Bucharest you can use the metro. Turn Right out of the property and walk about 100 metres, then turn left and walk for about 10 minutes and you will find Gorjului metro station. This is the metro red line, for the centre of Bucharest get off the metro at Plata Unirii, this is the middle of city. "

When we told management about it and asked for a partial refund since we weren’t able to get any sleep, we were told that a partial refund it’s not possible, that they can’t accommodate requests regarding mattress preferences and plainly told us we can go ahead and sleep on the couch; which is ridiculous. We didn’t rent a “luxury” apartment so we can sleep on a stained couch. AC wasn’t working. Tv wasn’t working. When we reached out to ask about the Apple TV they didn’t even bother to respond. Way too overpriced, dirty and uncomfortable. I would give it less than a star if I could. "
