Tvångsflytt och undermålig service och renlighet
Blev flyttade från detta hotell till Aiden, som låg ett par kvarter längre bort, eftersom ägarna stängde hela hotellet över helgen pga för låg beläggning. Detta senare saknade städpersonal på helgen, så ingen städning gjordes under tvådarssvistelsen. Fick be receptionspersonalen att skaffa fram två nya täcken, eftersom de befintliga var orena och hade flera stora bruna fläckar. Den första personen lade bara in samma täcken i lakanen igen, så fick säga till en andar gång innan vi fick nya. Frukosten var underbemannad och flera rätter fylldes inte på. Befintlig personal var mindre engagerad och/eller outbildad.

Bra hotel att bo på när man ska på mässa i Solna hallen! Bra och trevligt. Tyvärr var en av sängarna i vårt rum fruktansvärt sliten och knarrig. Och det var väldigt dammigt under sängen.
