Lovely supportive staff. Good breakfast. Very happy with room. Communal areas in floor 4 need work. Heavily stained carpet. Looks like there’s been a flood or big spills without the carpet being cleaned or changed.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rival. The location was excellent, just over the water from Gamla Stan. The room was spacious and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place! The front desk is really great. Always smiling and greet the guest every time. The room is clean and very well designed. It is quiet and the bed is comfortable. I would purchase the bedding and pillow if not for a long trip ahead.

Me and my bf stayed for one night and the location was so perfect to walk to Old Town in Stockholms, and around the property was quiet at night that I heard zero noise when I slept. The staff (I think her name was Cecilia or something) was so kind and friendly. The room was very clean, and bedding was so comfortable. I definitely would like to stay again.
