When checking in we already were off to an odd start. There was a kiosk for check-in. Which was very time consuming and ridiculous. There was one couple checking in already when we arrived, but we were unable to check in with the person physically in front of us. We had to use the kiosk and it took a considerable amount more of time.
Then there is no elevator in the building, inconvenient but luckily we didn't need it. However, we got to our room and found out that the deadbolt doesn't even work. Plus the fact that our door "closes" but left a gap about 1/2" that let's light through and the door wiggles within. Like someone opened and closed a door at one point on the floor and the air flow made our door jiggle and move.
The first night we found out that most of the outlets in the room were inaccessible because they had taped over them all. So we had access to three plug in spots -- so long as we unplugged their hair dryer to use the outlet.
There isn't a large overhead light in the main area of the room. Which we stayed in a standard king room. But there was a ceiling fan -- which is sort of odd in a room that there is an a/c unit already. The ceiling fan was low enough that someone taller cannot lift their hands/arms up very high.
The sink did not drain well, so we had to wait for it to drain a few times. It also didn't seem secured to the wall. The bathroom had unfinished tile work on the wall.
Breakfast was edible, but can't take it to your room.
