Worst part is there's no one in reception in the afternoon or at night so you need to use a code to get a key from a machine (after you made the payment for the room by card only). I had a bad experience 'cause I was charged 10euro extra because my card was denied - they said. My card worked perfectly fine when I paid for the room and we had a big disaggrement."

It has nice touches such as free gluwein and treats in the lobby. The room was big and we had free access to items in the minibar.
