I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the shuttle bus service I recently encountered. The driver who transported us in the morning displayed unprofessional behavior, which caused significant distress. The overall service was far below expectations. I was at risk of missing my flight. This caused undue stress and anxiety, and it is unacceptable that such an experience occurred. I expect better service, particularly when transportation to the airport is involved, as it is essential for timely arrival.

This property was extremely clean . The rooms were very clean & cozy . The Front Desk Agents were extremely courteous & nice . The Airport Shuttle was supper convenient to IAD . The Pub was open’d on Christmas Day ; & their Maryland style Crab Dip was excellent , as well as their Philly cheese steak & fries . The Hotel was an inviting atmosphere; & the indoor pool was nice & clean .
