"I am surprised that these people will charge you extra for a parking spot. The parkings were empty but I still had to park outside. My opinion is that these people are amatures in business. "Overall, I have fairly mixed reviews. We went with oceanfront penthouse for our wedding trip. Logistics: I booked this thinking we’d be in Newlands. The original address was in Muizenberg, but didn’t get the actual address until 24 hours in advance. This address was in Kommetjie....this was super far away. "The property is in a great location with a ton of good facilities on site. Communication prior to arrival was poor and we struggled to access. The property is in dire need of maintenance. Light fitting hanging off wall, mould on roof in bathrooms from steam, water marks on roof from what we can only assume is leaking showers in the floors above. Bath plugs leak, wasting water. Double bed in the one room is hard as a plank and really uncomfortable. Pillows need replacing and door handles in...

"Cottage was spacious with comfortable beds, fluffy towels and good amenities, fixtures and fittings. We arrived just on dark and there were no dining options, power was limited to a few lights, due to daily "load shedding", so unable to microwave or even get a cup of tea until full power returned an hour or more later. Next morning unable to find a suitable power outlet for hairdryers supplied - on checking out was advised compatible points beside/under beds??? Staff were personable and helpful...
