"I loved my stay for 3 nights! Sian is a perfect host, and my single room upstairs overlooking the back garden was very quiet, had a very comfortable bed, a chair, and plenty of spaces, surfaces, and hooks to put things in or on. I could sit in the breakfast room any time of the day if I wanted a table space for working on a laptop, and I was welcome to store items in the fridge. Delicious cooked breakfast of any version of a Traditional English you prefer, plus cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juices....

"Modern & clean. Staff were friendly & efficient. Dinner was good & breakfast excellent. Bed was comfortable. Didn't like lack of radio in room & would have liked more storage drawers. Flashing light on smoke alarm (?) in room ceiling was a bit of a nuisance at night."

"Warm welcome and due to absence of lifts they provided help to take luggage to room, after asking. The external looked like they had some weather damage so they need to rectify that asap. Breakfast was made to order and was delicious, plus they catered for our dietary requirements. Rooms were very chic and glad to find individual toiletries. Beds were really comfortable and plenty of tea, coffee, water in the rooms."

"With a family member in the Horton Hospital whately hotel was in a great location to be close by, a 2-minute drive. The hotel has its own free car park through the entryway passage toward the rear of the hotel. I must say I was glad we were in our small car. I pulled in the wing mirrors.. We found access from the parking lot to the garden and into the main building to the front desk. Check-in was straightforward, and we were in the cosy twin room (room 50 overlooking the garden) within a few minutes. After doing a quick check of the room amenities happy to find everything working and clean. The bathroom was great, feat a big overhead shower and a hot bathroom radiator, along with big fluffy bath towels. There was a massive range of TV channels great for relaxing in bed. The ladies at dinner were lovely, a small but nice menu to choose from. The breakfast buffet was okay. Work is ongoing at the hotel, and there were workmen in and around the building during the days. We’re back in a week so really hoping for a similar good experience! :)"
