"Came early jan and was thick frost around. Didn’t fancy using the pool but I will definitely come again and hopefully use it. Staff were helpful and had two nice meals in the restaurant. They had a singer on on the Friday which I thought was good. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely come again. "

"Nice caravan, situated close to all amenities, if you have stayed in a Haven Park before this caravan would be classed as a Bronze accommodation, to give you the comparison if you were to book your stay with Haven direct. Weather was great, park very busy with the weekend campers (tents) this area was packed, kids play park was a free for all, I would say too small for the amount of families staying onsite, wonder what the middle of summer holidays would be like when all caravans and camping...

"There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. "Nice greeting on arrival and being shown to our room. Excellent location and feel of the place. Lovely facilities, although we didn't take advantage of the spa. Staff in the cocktail bar could be more attentive. Having to wait in a very empty lounge area for well over 10 mins, then having to go and ask to have drinks is poor.
