"Nice trip with friends. we lived on the new side of the hotel next to the pools and partially facing the sea. The room was clean and comfortable. Instead, the restaurant and breakfast bar was on the old side, it definitely needs improvements."

The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. "I showed up during the correct check out window in my booking and I was informed that my hotel room “was no longer available”. They said they tried to call me, but I did not receive any calls. They tried to put us in a much smaller and not as nice room in a different hotel nearby that they owned. I immediately left and had to book a different hotel. I have never had such a terrible experience booking a hotel online."
