It was very very dirty. There were roaches. There was old food on the floor. The shower was disgusting. There was no remote to the TV. Some of the outlets did not work. Very poor!!!!

The room was disgusting. There are stains everywhere. The room looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Mold on the shower curtain. Scratches all over the wall. The bed had holes in the comforter. There were people hanging outside of the door all night , fussing, screaming, having sex, and selling drugs. The guy at the front desk was sleeping on the couch. The water kept going in and out and the room smelled of smoke. Theres bugs as we have bitten by something from the room. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room and the guy who was up there asleep stated there was no other rooms and anything "better' would be an upcharge and that I could not receive a refund

Unfortunately we Did Not stay in this place! It was the most disgusting place/room I’ve ever seen!! S It had nastiness splattered on the ceiling and the walls! The roof was peeling and puttied!! It looked like a murder/ drug deal/ hooker place! In the drawer by the bed was chewed up wood were rats had been in it! A crackhead was right outside the door! Very unsafe and this place should not be open!!!!!! We ask for a refund and the guy behind the desk said no and we would have to contact Expedia!! I would not even advertise this place on Expedia if I were them!!! Blows my mind!

I did not check in. This place looked nothing like the photos. It was dirty and reeked of cannabis. I’m not familiar with that area, but the look of the town took a sharp decline when we crossed the railroad tracks to reach this establishment. I wasn’t sure my family would be safe or comfortable there, so requested to see the room prior committing to the stay. The attendant, who behind bullet proof glass in a dirty 4’x4’ lobby, refused to allow me to inspect the room. He pressured me to sign the paperwork and asked me to leave when I insisted on viewing the room.

This place was the worst ever they’ve got beds that come up to your hip so that my girlfriend couldn’t even hardly get into the bed. They were very very, very bad. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

I had to evacuate from hurricane Milton, only hotel that had a empty room. The rooms are filthy! I had to buy cleaner, a mop, disinfectant bleach. The pool is filled in with dirt and is being used for a dog litter box.

Me,my son, and his girlfriend stayed here for 1 night and we were terrified.We checked into the first room and there was dirty towels on the beds and clothes and shoes on the floor.We went back up to the front desk and got a new room that wasnt any better. We killed 2 cockroaches,stains where all over the beds,you could hear the people upstairs.We were scared to even take our shoes off. If it wasnt for no other hotels having rooms we would have checked right back out and found somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

This place should be shut down. The linens were soiled, the chair had black dirt all over it, the conditioner bottle was half used. The front door did not lock I had to put the table in front of it at night. There were no other vacant rooms in town for me to go to. I asked management to clean the room but they didn’t. Disgusting all around! Rooms look nothing like the pictures when reserving.

The first room was terrible. The bed linens were stained all over, dead bugs lying in the floor, spider webs literally on the bed and the table, and flooring was all messed up. Asked for another room and it was just as bad. There were live bugs in the second room they sent us to. We wound up getting another room at a different place because I refused for my children to stay in those poor conditions. We tried to talk to the attendant about getting our money back for at least the second night due to us not even staying there. They assured us they would work with us but would have to call Expedia to get the refund. Expedia said they would have to have approval from the hotel in order to process the refund and the hotel refused. Will never recommend this place to anyone and honestly couldn’t wait for Expedia to ask my opinion. Don’t stay here!

At the property, once given our key, we went to the room, opened the door, and found a dirty room, including an unmade bed. We shut the door and went back to the office where the person at the desk said that was the only room left! We were given a refund and had to hunt for another room (oh, and did I mention this happened at 1:30 in the morning because there had been car trouble throughout our travel coming to town).
